  • Many people looking for mental health care assume they have to find an in-network therapist covered by their insurance, but that’s not always the case. I am an out-of-network (OON) provider, which means you pay for sessions upfront, and your insurance may reimburse you for some or all of the cost. Many insurance plans cover 50% to 100% of therapy, even with out-of-network providers.

    To make this easier, you can use the Mentaya benefits checker to see what your insurance plan may cover and estimate your out-of-pocket cost before booking.

    If your insurance doesn’t cover out-of-network therapy, you can still pay out of pocket, and we’ll work with you to ensure you get the support you need.

  • I have over 20 years of experience and extensive training and knowledge. I work with clients who are ready to invest in their healing and personal growth. As a small practice, I have the time to ensure we’re the right fit so you can have a meaningful and transformative therapy experience.

    Your therapy will be tailored to your unique goals, and I’ll work collaboratively with you to support your healing journey.

  • Couples and individual therapy sessions are 55 minutes while Accelerated Resolution therapy sessions are up to 75 minutes.

  • Your appointment may be rescheduled within the same calendar week (Monday to Thursday), subject to availability.

    If the appointment cannot be rescheduled, then the full fee of $250 will be charged as the time has been reserved exclusively for you.

  • I believe therapy works best when it feels like a true partnership. My role is to walk alongside you with care, compassion, and proven tools to help you move forward.

    With couples, I often use the Gottman Method, which offers simple, practical ways to improve communication, ease conflict, and strengthen connection.

    For clients healing from trauma, I integrate Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) - a gentle approach that helps release painful memories and restore calm.

    No matter what brings you here, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood, respected, and encouraged as you take steps toward healing and growth.
