Couples Counseling That Helps You Reconnect

Relationships can feel overwhelming when communication breaks down, conflict repeats, or emotional distance grows.

If you’re feeling stuck in the same patterns—or unsure how to move forward together—you’re not alone.

Couples counseling online offers a structured, supportive space where you and your partner can slow down, feel heard, and begin to understand each other in a deeper way.

I provide online couples counseling for clients in Florida and Massachusetts, helping couples move from frustration and disconnection to clarity, trust, and renewed connection.

Couples Therapy and Marriage Counseling

Rebuilding Trust
After Infidelity

Infidelity can feel devastating—but it doesn’t have to be the end of your relationship.

With the right support, many couples are able to rebuild trust and create a stronger, more honest connection.

In therapy, we focus on:

  • Understanding what led to the rupture

  • Processing the emotional impact for both partners

  • Rebuilding safety and trust step by step

  • Creating new patterns of communication

Healing takes time—but you don’t have to go through it alone.

I use the Gottman Method, a research-based approach to couples therapy grounded in decades of study on what makes relationships succeed

This method focuses on:

  • Strengthening friendship and emotional connection

  • Managing conflict in healthy, productive ways

  • Building trust and commitment

Combined with over 20 years of clinical experience, this approach provides both insight and practical tools that lead to real, lasting change.

Have Questions

  • Yes—online couples therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions. Research shows that virtual therapy provides the same structured guidance, communication tools, and emotional support.

Using the Gottman Method, online sessions focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and helping you understand each other more deeply—all from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Many couples even find it easier to open up when they’re in a familiar environment.

  • Private Pay:

    Individual Therapy (55 mins) $250

    Couples Therapy (55 mins) $300

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (up to 75 minutes) $300

  • I am an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, many clients receive partial reimbursement for individual and couples therapy through their out-of-network benefits.

Many people looking for mental health care assume they have to find an in-network therapist covered by their insurance, but that’s not always the case. I am an out-of-network (OON) provider, which means you pay for sessions upfront, and your insurance may reimburse you for some or all of the cost. Many insurance plans cover 50% to 100% of therapy, even with out-of-network providers.

To make this easier, you can use the Mentaya benefits checker to see what your insurance plan may cover and estimate your out-of-pocket cost before booking.

If your insurance doesn’t cover out-of-network therapy, you can still pay out of pocket, and we’ll work with you to ensure you get the support you need.
